1. How can I share the video with the person whose birthday it is?

1) You can find a link to the video in the email we send

2) Click on the link to view the Video

3) You can share the Video in a couple of ways:

a) per Email or SMS – simply copy the website URL and share it via Email or SMS

b) you can also share the video on social networks. You can find the sharing button underneath the video.

2. How soon can I receive my Video?

It depends on the package of additional parameters chosen in the order. Your Video will be ready in 24 hours or even within 60 minutes after we receive your payment. Should you have not received your video please:
– check the email address
– check the spam folder

If you are still unable to find your video do not hesitate to contact us at kontakt@funwisher.com We are glad to help.

3. Can I change the parameters and edit the video before you receive my payment?

Yes, you can edit the ordered video as long as the order and payment process is not completed.

4. Can I download the video I ordered?

Yes, you can play and store the video on your device within 30 days from the order. Afterwards the link will expire and be no longer active.

5. The video is not playing, what should I do?

In order to use all of the platform’s features make sure your device meets all minimum system requirements, you are connected to the Internet and your browser is up to date (Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Opera) and Cookies and JavaScript are enabled

6. Are the pictures and data I upload available for 3rd parties?

Nobody except you and the person you send the video to has access to the pictures or the stored data unless you ask for amendments or additional support when placing your order

7. Is my data safe?

Yes, all your data is safe. For more information please see our privacy policy.

8. Can I create a video from more than one person?

Yes, you can simply put in who the wishes are from in the corresponding field

9. Will I receive an order confirmation upon completing payment?

Yes, after we receive your payment a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specify

10. What should I do, if I have not received the confirmation?

Should you have not received the confirmation please check:
– the email address
– your spam folder

11. How can I pay for the video?

You can conveniently use WorldPay and one of its many options

You can pay via:
– online money transfer,
– blik,
– credit or debit card,
– Google Pay or Apple Pay,
– traditional money transfer

12. What do I receive when I order the wishes video?

You’ll receive a personalised video in which Shaun the Sheep will celebrate the birthday of the person you choose. The video will also contain all the pictures you uploaded. You will find a link to the video in the email we automatically send once your order is ready.

13. How can I file a complaint?

We put in a lot of effort to ensure that every video is a unique gift for everyone. Should we have missed anything and there’s something wrong with your video go ahead contact us at kontakt@funwisher.com

14. How do you support charity?

From every video you order we donate a % to support the charity organisation you choose when placing your order
